Affordable Care Act and MNsure lower Minnesota’s uninsured rate by 40 percent

A new report released today by the University of Minnesota’s State Health Access Data Assistance Center found that the Affordable Care Act and MNsure,  the state’s health insurance exchange, helped lower the number of uninsured Minnesotans by 40.6 percent.
